According to Goal.com, Manchester City is interested in signing jamaican center forward Khadija Shaw (24) next season. The center forward is a player that the english team needs to get more pieces to improve their attack options. English forward Ellen White (31) is their only one option right at scoring goals. Manchester City is ranked second in the FA Women’s Super League (WSL).

Shaw appears as an option after her amazing season for Bordeaux Girondins, in D1 Arkema, french top flight. She scored 20 goals in 17 games, alongside PSG’s striker Marie Kotoko. The Reggae Girlz’ star also scored 2 goals in Coupe de France reaching the mark of 22 goals in 18 games this season. Manchester City’s players with more goals in WSL are Ellen White with nine goals and the scottish Caroline Weir, with eight goals.
Khadija Shaw is the main name of Jamaica Women's National Team. She has scored 42 goals in 30 games for Jamaica. The 24-years-old was in the squad that played a Caribbean first ever FIFA Women's World Cup in 2019.
