Since always, for Caribbean players the best way to dream to play out caribbean is to reach a league with more investment. The football leagues with most investiments in caribbean are TT PRO League, that give much opportunites to players from St. Lucia, Dominica, Jamaica and St. Kitts and Nevis and ABFA Premier League is a league with less investment that Trinidad but is very important to caribbean supporting players from St. Vincent. St. Lucia, Dominica, Jamaica, Cuba and Barbados. Jamaicans teams aren't able to support foreign players.
Last year, Guyana get back a National League. The Stag Beer Elite League was created to support local players thinking in the National Team. One of the clubs with more investment, Slingerz FC, was able to bring to improve the roster 4 caribbeans. St. Vincentians Winslow McDowall, Keith Williams and Jolanshoy McDowall and Dominican striker Julian Wade. Alpha United, Guyana giant, had the jamaican Wayne Ellis and Grenadian Keithson Bain.
This year, the football is back in Guyana with Stag beer Elite League Finale. Alpha United didn't keep any caribbean while Slingerz is with Keithson Bain, Winslow McDowall and Julian Wade. Slingerz is undefeated for a long time. One of the reasons for it is the good contributition that the Dominican striker is giving to the team.
Wade scored 13 goals in the season being this his best moment in his career. He was also with Trinidadian side Morvant Caledonia United when it was only Caledonia AIA. Julian wasn't getting much space then he was loaned to Slingerz and there he got well and was signed. His good performeces made him alongside Guyana's Daniel Wilson be selected to trials in United States.
Julian Wade was invited us to pass his expierences to all us.

Inside Caribbean Football: What was your and Slingerz' great moment in Elite League?
Julian Wade: My greatest moment in the League was when I scored a header of a corner kick against rivals Alpha united in the League genisis knock out finals to level the game 2-2. We went on to win that game 3-2, I scored 2 goals that night.
Inside Caribbean Football: Do you think your good phase in Guyana will be importante for you also with Domonica National Team?
Julian Wade: Yes, my form from the Elite League will definitely be of importance to me as this gives me a great boost in confidence to deliver for my team.
Inside Caribbean Football: What are you expecting for the CFU Scotiabank Caribbean Cup Qualifiers 2017?
Julian Wade: I'm expecting that my team give a good performance and hopefully get the results of all our hard work and efforts and keep advancing.
Inside Caribbean Football: What are the diferences you realized between TT PRO League and Stag Beer Elite League?
Julian Wade: I think that the TT PRO League has more investors and therefore more competitive with a wider range of players. Guyana however has a great pool of talented locals as we have seen in their national team performances over the years, so take nothing from the league and standard of the players there.
Inside Caribbean Football: Soon will start the qualifiers U-20 for the World Cup U-20. Do you think Dominica have a good U-20 generation that can be importante for the Senior National Team?
Julian Wade: I feel that structure in football is paramount to development. Likewise the youth National team systems does in fact complement the senior national team so I believe that the U-20 national team will be a good pool for Dominica's senior national team yes.
